Laser Florence 2009 is the annual Congress of the International Academy Laser Medicine and Surgery, jointed with the biannual congress of the International Photo Therapy
Association.
As usual researchers and doctors will show new data immediately available for practical
use.
Particular emphasis will be given to research relating to standards for light and laser
therapy on different topics: Dentistry, Dermatology, Neurology, Rehabilitation and Sport
Injuries, .Phlebology, Plastic Surgery, Photodynamic Diagnosis and Therapy.
A special session will be dedicated to Energetic Medicine and the role of laser beams and
light in this topic.
In fact, in the world there is a bit of confusion between data obtained from evidence
based medicine and scientific data controlled experimentally.
The International Academy ensures a high quality of the lectures and posters presented.
The accepted abstracts are published in the official journal of the IALMS, Laser in Medical
Science, published by Springer Publisher, London. The Proceedings of the Conference will
be published immediately after the event, on paper and on line, by the American Institute
of Physics. The IALMS members can look up the slides of the Conference in the member
area at the web site www.ialms.com .
The aim of Laser Florence organisers is always the same: to establish an outstanding
interaction between the delegates in a unique location and an unforgettable atmosphere
where friendship, intelligence and scientific know-how are blended.
Several awards are available for the presenters of the best papers and posters and the
recipients will be invited to participate in the next conference of Laser Florence.
To fully understand the importance of Laser Florence, there is only one way, coming here!
