We ask that you please read the Exhibitor rules before proceeding to
the Exhibitor Registration Form.
The instrumentation provided by your company can be used during the
hands on courses at Laser Florence. This is an excellent opportunity for
attendees to acquaint themselves with your product.
You may request that your product be used in our courses on the Exhibitor
Registration Form.
The exhibition space is located in front of the meeting rooms, so people must
cross the exhibitor area to come into the meeting rooms. The coffee-breaks
(two each day) are also held in the exhibitor area.
Sponsoring the light lunch, coffee breaks, or wine and cheese could further
enhance recognition of your company. Sponsoring companies will receive
recognition in the final program, a prominent sign with their company name
and an announcement in the general session.
Laser Florence is ready to help you organize your trip, including hotel
reservations at a special price.

Changes and updating following your initial request should be notified by
fax as follows:
Reference can be made to a specific exhibition area (as shown on the map of
the exhibitor area) that you will have after the payment of the booking. This
area will be granted if available. If the selected area is not available, a similar
one, will be allotted.
EXHIBITION OVERVIEW
MEETING DATES: November 10th,11th,12th 2005 HOURS: 9 – 18:30.
INSTALLATION FOR EXHIBITS: Spaces will be made available starting on
November 9th, 9:00-17:00 hours, until November 13th, 2005, 9:00 – 12:00
hours. DISMANTLING EXHIBITS: Exhibition must remain intact until Nov.
12th, 17:00 hours. Material should be removed by the exhibition firms on
Nov., 13th, 8:00-12:00 hours a.m., without delay.
